Irish Tax Rebates Athy

Irish Tax Rebates sign partnership with Athy GFC

We are delighted to announce our new 5 year partnership with Athy GFC, supporting their Mens, Ladies & underage teams.

Our Managing Director, Martin Brennan, was delighted to come on board and support a local club.
“As an Athy native, I find it’s important for myself and Irish Tax Rebates to support local clubs to aid the development and growth of the players at Athy GFC. The club has been a core part of the town for many years since its establishment in 1887 and year on year continues to grow so we are delighted to come on board as a partner for the next 5 years.”

Athy GAA provides many options for teams in the area starting from U6’s right up to Senior Men’s & Women’s. They are currently running a ‘Winter Skills & Fitness Programme’ for children aged 9-13 years, as an initiate for the children to develop throughout the off season. Athy GAA is a well known club throughout the county, competing in the top tier of the Senior division.

Another fantastic initiative by Cathaoirleach, Marty McEvoy and the committee members is the ‘Kit Swap’. In line with their sustainability ethics they are offering a kit swap for all their members, where if they have club gear that is no longer in use or no longer fits and you wish to donate/swap gear, please do so by using the specific boxes in the dressing rooms. For more information on this, you can contact their Facebook page here.
